How to Open Up to Yourself Like a Flower Using this New Type of Meditation

This week’s blog post and meditation is a little different.

I’m sharing with you an audio track from our daily mindfulness club. But the idea is to listen to this audio whilst watching a video of flowers opening up in slow motion.

This has three benefits:
