Journalling Mindfully in June

Here’s your monthy mindful calendar for June.

This month we are offering you journalling prompts.

Journalling is good for both your physical and mental health. People feel they can fully open themselves up to their journals, and this has many health benefits.

Each day, use the prompt and spend a minute or more journalling your thoughts. You could even do some drawings using the prompts, if you prefer that.

Many of the prompts are based on insights and research in Mindfulness, ACT and Positive Psychology.
