Shine Your Inner Light Guided Meditation

The meditation then invites you to visualise a shining inner light within yourself that expands and shines into every part of your body, healing and bringing light.

The inner light expands beyond your body, reaching the world around you and bringing a sense of oneness and connection.

The meditation reminds you that this inner light is always shining, no matter what experiences you've had.

The intention of the meditation is to acknowledge and celebrate this inner light and set the intention to remind yourself of it.
