Author of 10 books including Mindfulness for Dummies

Thanks for visiting this little corner of my digital world. You've seen the main links above — each a doorway into something meaningful, calm or creatively energising.

If you're new to my work, here’s a bit more about what you’ll find behind each one, and how they might gently support your journey.

Why These Links?

Over the years, I’ve explored mindfulness, breathwork, Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT), and creative practices — not as separate things, but as interconnected paths toward more ease, clarity, and connection. What I offer isn’t about fixing yourself (you’re not broken), or chasing perfection (exhausting and overrated). It’s about learning to be here, as you are, and finding more joy, compassion, and freedom in the process.

Each link is an invitation. Some invite you to pause. Others invite you to play. All invite you to return home to yourself.

Start with the 31-Day Mindfulness Challenge

This free offering is a great starting point. It’s short and sweet: 31 days of light, daily emails to help you build a gentle mindfulness habit—no pressure, no apps, no overwhelm. Just you, your breath, and a little guidance to help you reconnect with what matters most.

Join the Daily Mindfulness Club

If you’re craving more structure (and a kind-hearted community), the Daily Mindfulness Club might be just the thing. We meet live each morning at 7.30am UK time for a 30-minute session. It’s like brushing your teeth—but for your mind. There’s silence, stillness, guided meditations, and reflections drawn from mindfulness, ACT, and sometimes even a bit of Taoism or poetry. If you’d like a taste of what consistent daily practice can feel like, come along.

Work With Me or Collaborate

I also run online courses, workplace workshops, teacher trainings, and one-to-one sessions. If you're curious about working together, there's a link above to find out more. And if you're just exploring for now—that's totally fine too. Wander at your own pace.

Stay Connected

Every so often, I share thoughtful emails with new ideas, free events, or reflections from the path. You’re welcome to join the list—especially if you like mindfulness with a twist of humour and a splash of creativity.

That’s it for now. You’re welcome to click, read, listen, or simply pause here for a breath. No rush. No pressure. Just a quiet reminder that the path to a more mindful life doesn’t need to be serious or perfect—it can be simple, light, and even a bit fun.

Thanks again for being here.

Warm wishes,
Shamash 🌿
