17 minute Guided Meditation on Awe

Happy March!

Spring is in the air (hopefully) here in London. 

One of the benefits of a new season, is the changing beauty of nature.

And nature can generate a sense of awe.

There is some fascinating new research discovering the benefits of awe.

Here’s a guided meditation video I made (took me ages!) that uses imagery and guided meditation with music to help you connect with the sense of awe. I also share some of the benefits of awe in the video.
