This week I asked my followers on twitter to share their favourite free mindfulness resources for managing their mental health during these trying times.

Apps

The Calm, Headspace and Insight Timer Apps

All three of these apps offer some free content. Insight timer probably includes the most free content of the three, and I’ve used it a few times. Infact, I have 3 of my meditations on there you can enjoy for free.

Free 8-Week Mindfulness Course with Certification

Another friend of mine, Dave, has developed a wonderful, free 8 week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program at Palouse Mindfulness

Compassion
