How to Deal with Pain Using Mindfulness and Kindness

Dealing with pain is one of the biggest challenges we face as humans in our day-to-day lives.

Whether the pain is physical or emotional, you’ll notice they manifest in your physical body.

It takes skill and practice to learn how to be with that pain and work with it in a way that’s soothing, healing and ultimately transformative.

In today’s meditation, I am sharing with you a guided meditation from our Daily Mindfulness Club in which I take the time to guide in working with difficulties and pain in the body.

It’s a great practice to do when you’re experiencing mild pain to learn the techniques. And it’s a great practice to do when in the midst of greater difficulties to help to make peace and be kind to them.
