This Little Known Therapy Surpasses 600 Gold Standard Research Studies This Month

I’ve got some happy news for you today.

You know I’ve told you about ACT before - a mindful therapy and training.

If you don’t know what it is, it stands for Acceptance and Commitment Training or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

It’s a very mindful form of training and transformation, and the way the research is done, it can be applied and shared with everyone, because it targets the way the human mind works at a fundamental level.

ACT is being used everywhere from refugee camps, to hospitals to addiction centres to therapists all the way to Olympic gold medal winners and corporate organisations.

Well, ACT has got in the news again, because they have just completed over 600 studies of the highest gold standard (Randomised Controlled Trials - RCTs).

The studies are truly global, with research from Middle East, Asia. Iran, Korea, China, and Thailand being regular contributors.

The topics of the trials cover many areas of human functioning.

Many trials are being conducted outside of traditional syndromes like anxiety and depression, and trials focused on exercise, physical health conditions, relationships, prejudice, social conditions, and performance are expanding rapidly.

The great news is, ACT is HIGHLY FLEXIBLE! You can learn it in a book, on an app, on the phone or in a course.

Want to learn how to help the world with their mental health and wellbeing? Then do our ACT for Beginners course in September!
